Default Turbo 5.3 Flex Fuel System

Building a turbo 5.3 looking for 600-800 hp and would like to run e85. So i was looking into flex fuel setups and i'm curious if there's a cheaper option opposed to aeromotive. Also what size injectors/brand.

Questions: What size/brand injectors for 600-800 hp
What recommendations for a fuel system to support those needs

I'm building basically the same thing. My fuel system is a complete Racetronix 510 LPH dual pump setup with -8 feed and -6 return lines. Going to be running Holley Terminator X injectors, 120 lb./hr, which should be more than enough to support 800+ HP with room to grow a bit. You could get away with 100 lb./hr. I'm planning on installing the Flex Fuel sensor in the return line close to the engine, where it won't be a restriction.

I was actually just looking at the holley injectors they seemed like a decent deal. I will have to look into the Racetronix stuff, appreciate the feedback.

I run siemens deka 80lb injectors on my twin turbo 5.3 on e85. Made 550 rwhp and I think I only got to like 55-60% duty cycle on my injectors. I think they also make bigger ones if you wanna be absolutely sure you don't run out of fuel.

You don't want deka 80's if you haven't purchased injectors yet. they will work, but you'll need to adjust base fuel pressure to compensate on e85 @ 800hp and you need to have a pump that can provide enough volume working against 90-100psi of fuel pressure. if you're planning to rev to the moon, the window of time an injector has to put fuel in the cylinder decreases as well. that being said i would without question go bigger so you don't regret not doing it the first time like i do. i have my eyes on the bosch 210's when i decide to replace the 80's, but i don't have any real world experience with them to share.
