Default Another injector question

I am wrapping up this turbo build and starting with the fuel system. When I first ordered the kit i bought FIC delka 80 injectors, and have not even taken them out of the bag as I've second guessed them. It's an LS1 with a turbo cam, all supporting items lifters, trays, dual springs, oil pump..etc etc. It is the Huron V3 kit with a next gen 7875 turbo, and I hope to be in the mid 600's. i do understand it won't live there for ever. This car has seen less than 1,000 miles in three years. E85 is easy to get from me the closest station to me has it in the pumps. I am running a FPR boost referenced with a return to the factory tank and dual 450 pumps. Should i just keep the 80's and maybe raise the pressure a bit and with the 1:1 regulator be ok or go to something bigger. I have done a lot of searching on here, and i have gotten all kind of different answers and ideas. A lot of people run them and get away with it and have zero issue making more than that. I see people buying 210's, but a lot of injector hat issues with the leaking. Is there a better place over another to get ones that are higher quality or machined better? Is their a ls1 length injector to look at that doesn't break the bank. I could always sell these as they are still in the plastic not opened. I understand the charts will say I need more injector too, but guys on here real world experience tell me to go for it. What are your thoughts?

You can get adapters from ICT Billet for any length injector, so I wouldn't limit your choices just to LS1 length. Me, I'm in the early stages of my build and I'm planning on using Holley Terminator X 120 lb./hr injectors. I'd rather have a little more than I need for future power increases. That said, people probably say to run what you have because in reality, it's unlikely you'll ever see a true E85 from a gas station. It'll be more like E50-70, and the lower the ethanol percentage, the less injector you'll actually need.
