Injector Flow Matching?
I decided I'd get them flow tested which was about the same price, but this way I can put the bigger injectors on the leaner cylinders ie bigger to smaller 7,8,5,6,3,4,1,2
I know people have ordered flow matched injectors and they purposely send ones +8/+7% for the back cylinders that have been static flowed.
My injectors have a large gap 25% with non static flow, but static is about 10%. should I be getting different injectors that are more closely matched? the test was only done at 43psi and I know the truck should run around 54/56psi would that make a large difference? I'm okay with 10% static but should I be worried about the pulswidth numbers?
I'm thinking of possibly purchasing 2 or possibly more injectors and getting them tested then using the 8 closest together, I'll still be saving money compared to buying OEM from the dealer and they will be matched better
here's the data

we'll see how it goes, I just bought another 8 from a used motor for real cheap and those are getting tested
Guy I got the new injectors from said he's flow tested quite a few sets and never seen what I had with the set I got from him. anyways life moves on.
