Lots of fuel rails are 5/8" ID, which is the same as -10AN lines. The only hiccup is that they typically have -8AN threaded fittings like THESE.
The restriction to a single -8AN fitting per side should not really be an issue if you are feeding them with a Y-block from an appropriately sized feed line.
