The best ethanol 
Is the one made for drinking...
It starts out as a fruit brandy which the Mrs. likes but it's too sweet for me.

Everclear is 100% ABV and more of a mixer then someting to sip on. The flaming Dr. Pepper drink consist of beer my preference Lone Star Light, 1/4 oz shot of Disaronno Amaretto mixed with a 1/4 oz shot of Everclear and 1/4 oz. shot Bacardi 151. Basically you fill a beverage glass with beer slightly over the height of the shot glass then light the shot on fire and drop it into the glass of beer and booyah.. Couple of those and you'll be perked up quick fast and in a hurry. That is if you can drink beer and like the taste of Dr. Pepper but I'm partial to my brands of clear water and my favorite bourbon Wild Turkey Rare Breed.
