I’m currently having an issue and been blessed so far. So I’m using racetronix ls1 fuel rails with deja 80s.


I can’t get these things to seal around 1 injector. During regular idle and driving it doesn’t leak from what I saw. As soon as I went wot one injector started leaking around the fuel rail. I’m not sure if I need bigger orings or if anyone has had this issue.

im guessing bigger orings since it’s not too tight when trying to snap into fuel rail

 

You need to upgrade the upper o ring to a blue Viton o ring. They are much fatter and fit snug with the new larger diameter fuel rail.
