fuel system limits

fuel system limits alright here's the current setup , SBE 4.8L, stock heads, SS2 cam, 660 springs,
single eBay gt45, 3 inch boost pipe and intercooler, about 10psi, pump 93
fuel system consists of deka 60 injectors, 525 pump in the fuel cell, 8an feed and 6an return.
I'm looking into switching to E85 and trying to see how far i can get with my current fuel system before needing a second fuel pump and bigger injectors
any input is appreciated, thanks all in advance

I usually aim for 10 HP per lb of injector on E85 for a locked converter or manual trans with a minimum of 58 PSI base pressure and a boost referenced regulator.
This is typically with aggressive timing and an efficient turbo setup (which you don't have).
~600whp, depending on fuel pressure and a number of other factors, limited by your injectors. This is a limit though. You should expect less than this.
