Help no start!
If you don't know the VIN number, you can usually find a VATs box at a junkyard still in the car where you can get the VIN. I think I paid $10 for the last one I bought. PM me and I'll send you a picture of what one looks like.
Alternatly, you can use a bypass module from Baker Electronics to generate the 55HZ (?) signal your PCM is looking for to energize the fuel rail. They cost about $25
