P0200 code

P0200 code Hello everyone. I am trying to figure out a problem with my injector circuit.
As I was tuning the LQ9, I couldnt get it to run right, even though I got my VE table in order and my afrs where I want them. When driving, especially uphill, I hear a backfire and there's a lack of acceleration. The engine doesnt want to spin past 2600 rpm. I was thinking the issue was the tune, but as I continued driving, I got a p0200 code. I tested each connector with a noid light, and it flashes on all. I tested the resistance on all injectors. Each one of them is about 14 ohms. Is it a failed pcm?
