Anyone Using a BBK Intake? Inj O-ring Question
Is anyone here using a BBK SSI cathedral port intake manifold? If so, what injector o-rings are you using? I have a set of LS3-style injectors I am trying to use and have the 14.5mm o-rings and they are "too fat". The i.d. on the intake is around 13mm but the o-ring just simply won't compress to slide in. I could probably hone out the intake receptacles but I want that to be a last resort.
Appreciate any feedback.

I used to have a BBK LS6 intake on my 98 Wrangler LS6 swap.
Are you going with the LS3 injectors because they are 42 lb compared to the stock LS6 28.8 lb injectors?
I would try LS6 o-rings or NAPA has a good selection of generic o-rings.

Guys, thanks for the replys and suggestions.
This will be a pump gas turbo setup. The injectors are the Holley 100lb that have the LS3 height. I have what would normally be the correct o-rings for intake, but after doing some research, I've discovered that the bottom o-ring groove on the injectors have a larger o.d. than regular LS1-style injectors. So, when the o-rings are installed, the o.d. of the injectors expand. I've discovered o-rings that have the same o.d. but the listed specs shows they have a larger i.d. They are Holley part # 534-104 and hopefully will solve this issue.
I don't know if the bottom o-ring groove of OEM LS3 injectors is the same as the Holley injector, but hopefully this info will help some someone else.
