HELP! Fuel Pump Won't turn on.

HELP! Fuel Pump Won't turn on. Background...Just gone done installing my engine in my 2000 M6 SS...Went to fire it, no fuel pump sound when key is turned...No fuel pressure.
Relay is good, fuse is good, power to both is good...Didn't have time to
check voltage at pump connector (had to leave for work).
All other engine control devices seem fine, cranks easily, just no fuel pressure.
Anyone have any ideas? The car has not been started since Febuary (bad pump?) Are there any other relays exept the one under the hood?

unfrtunately i mhaving the same problem with my 2000 ss m6 i just got the new motor in and put about 50 miles on it. then i was slowing down for a stop light and in nuetral it died. it would run if i kept tapping the throttle. i got it home and turned it off. later i tried starting it again and now it wont start. check for fuel pressure and theres no fuel at the rail. and the pump doesnt prime. fuse and relay underhood are good. im going to check for voltage at the pump in a few minutes. any tips?
