Fuel pressure Q
Fuel pressure Q I have an Aeromotive 1500 pump....When I turn the key to accessory the pump does its standard 2 second turn on...when the pump shuts off...pressure goes back to zero...should this be holding pressure..or does the gas go back to the tank causeing the pressure loss?
Running just the external aeromotive?
they don't have a check valve in them like a stock pump or even a 340. Shut it off and the pressure goes to 0. It's long to start since you lost your prime pressure already. Try and crank it before the prime ends.
