fuel pressure The engine has been sluggish for awhile so I was checking out the fuel pressure with a guage. With the pressure guage hooked up I turn the key on, pressure jumps up to 60psi and than goes back down to zero. I took my friends fuel pressure regulator off his car and put it on mine and its doing the same thing (at key "on" it jumps to 60 then back down to zero). What else can I check for this problem? When the engine is running it stays at 60psi. I also drove the car around and it seemed fine.
It should stay up at near 60 for a while. I would look for a leaking injector.pull the rail/injectors off of the intake and try the same thing I bet you'll see one is leaking. That would also cause one bank to be rich, do you have auto-tap?

Leak from the pump to the pickup most likely, very common problem.
Remember when you put the key into the "on" position the pump only runs for 3-4 seconds then shuts down if the car is not started.

So take the injectors off the intake and turn the key "on" and see if on leaks?
I just put some new injectors and fuel pump on the car do still think it could be an injector.
If I do have a leaking injector this wouldn't cause my car to pop and hesitant at WOT like it is doing right now.

Most of the time people get leaks when they install a walbro gs340 pump. It has a slightly smaller outlet than stock. The walbro has a 5/16 connection the stock outlet has 3/8". People use 3/8" hose which means you have to crank down the clamp to much, which usually splits the line.
People allows get leaks from the outlet of the pump to the sendor unit. The sendor unit in you case is the metal can were the electrical connectors and lines are located.
