PRO:
Easy to install
CON:
More Noise
Intank pump
PRO:
Quiet operation
Most optimum location, less losses due to suction tubing head losses
cooled by surrounding fluid
CON:
Very involved install
IMO the best way to go is a good intank pump, but its a PITA install.
