Just fired up the new motor for the first time....
Just fired up the new motor for the first time.... but my fuel pressure reads ~20 psi 
the fuel pressure gauge is new, I wonder if it coudl be bad?
would the motor even run with 20 psi of FP?
I have a CAS regulator, and I turned the adjsutment screw in as much as it would go, changed nothing...maybe its hooked up wrong too.. I have hte side port connected to the rails, the bottom port to the return line.
Im confused.

Sounds like it is installed right! And I don't think the car with idle at ~20! I would read the directions if there are any or very slowly with the car idleing turn the screw?
