Fuel Pressure Regulator Question
Fuel Pressure Regulator Question How do you control it. I mean like you have the main line from the pump run through the rails then you have the regulator that connects to the return line. How do you set up the regulator to stop releasing fuel into the return to add more fuel pressure? Is there a specific regulator to do this. I know you have boost refencing regulators but that says it adds more psi for every psi it see's. I need it to stop the flow of fuel so it can build up psi. Let me know what you guys thinks.

There should be a small connector on it that connects to your intake (vacuum line) so when the air pressure rises, the regulator acts like a valve and keeps the fuel from returning to the tank. Which in turn allows the fuel pressure to build up on the rails. There is also an adjustment screw on it that allows you to pre-load it.
At least that is how I assume it works. Some one please correct me if I am wrong.
