I ran 1 A1000 on my nitrous set-up. Other than me messing one up for trash in the tank I was okay with them. I have read lately that some people have problems, so that is why I am looking.

Walbros in-tank pumps perform well, and will handle 500bhp. Very compact unit. No idea what their in-line pumps work like though...

So whats the deal with the Bosch 044 pump ?? Why is it rated at 420lph in the US, and between 200lph and 330lph everywhere else in the world ??
It carrys the same part number AFAIK, but any time Ive heard it used, most say its only good for around 500bhp.

I quess it just isn't my style to use what "will just work" Using 2 of any pump sound like a band aid to me! When one pump hands down does the job! That is why I am not a fan of the Racetronics duel intake! And I have seen 2 cars at the local shop that have 2 Aeromotive 1100a pumps! when one weldon would out perform both!

Why run 2 and Y the line back to one? Many things can be done to quiet the Weldon! I would rather worry about noise than weak or breaking pumps!

Just my .2

Inline pump people keep the intake pump in there and use the stock lines!

Thats not true -- I don't have my intank in mine anymore. Although I have fittings on the bottom to semi-sump the tank.

Oh I was talking about a inline added pump. Not a large external pump!

The guys that do big external pumps remove the intank and run all new lines. It is crazy expensive!
