What to do for fuel system, LT1/LS1

What to do for fuel system, LT1/LS1 95 LT1 car, tank etc as of now.
Was thinking about gettign the 97 Vette fuel rails, but woudl I need ot remove the reg in the rail or what?
What about getting some billet rails, running lines to factory feed/return, with fuel pressure regulator, throw pump in the 97 tank.
it would be a good bit of work to converter it to returnless usual LS1 style which I dont really care for anyway. Dont like fuel dead heading in the rails.
performanceplumbing has the adapters from LT1 rails to AN fittings, but they dont have anything for LT1 fuel lines to AN. What would I have to do to connect the AN lines if I did rails, or the stock Vette stufff, to the existing feed and return?
