checking fuel pressure properly?

checking fuel pressure properly? Is there any vacuum line or anything to unhook to check your fuel pressure? If not how does it simulate the under load reading? On the older LT1 or TPI stuff you'd unhook the fuel pressure regulator vacuum line to check the unregulated fuel pressure, but I don't see one on my LS1. Are our fuel systems that good that the stock fuel pump can supply 57-60 psi at wot? Also at idle, my pressure reads 57 psi. When I crack the throttle it drops to 55 or so for a second and goes to 58-60. Sounds normal..right?
