Do I Need a Fuel Pressure Regulator at the Rail I just upgraded my ATI Procharger from 4psi to 7psi. I also removed the funky FMU, installed SVO 42 lb fuel injectors, and installed a Racetronic PNP in-tank fuel pump.
I know I need a tune. I think I'm going to purchase HPTuner for this.
My question is do I need to install a fuel rail fuel pressure regulator?

if you wanted to do a custom foward mounted regulator...you would have to remove the intank regulator....have a return line from the regulator in the front...and just mount a standard fuel pressure regulator.
i did it with my car...its not really that hard...just plumbing.
many cars are using teh stock returnless fuel line setup with a standard 7 psi kit..so i dont think its that critical...but safety is always nice.
