Need help from the experts...fuel problem?? hey guys need some help here,
got into the TA yesterday and she seemed to be lacking power. as i drove i noticed that when i gave it anything more than about 1/4 throttle it would begin to rev up and then just flatten out then rev then flatten out. drove it to work about 20 miles and didnt clear up. got some dry gas at lunch thinking it was water in tank...drove home 4 hours later and same thing. i read another post where a similar thing happened but they threw codes and the problem cleared up at WOT. not me, WOT get the same thing and no codes...YET

Do you have access to Autotap or some other reader? When was the last time you replaced your fuel filter? Do you have access to a fuel pressure gage?
I guess I would look at Ltrims while you are driving to see if the are maxed at +25% (low fuel pressure). Also fuel pressure gage readings of less than 50-55 psi (gage).
Check there first.

i've got about 18k on the car, havent changed the fuel filter so i think i will try that this weekend. if that doesnt help i will have to get the fuel pressure checked then try the autotap. thanks for the input
