My car ran like **** in the rain.

I took the intake manifold off and found my rear knock sensor was swimming in rain water....

Replace the sensor, silicone the wire plug to the valley cover and your car will run fine again...

...Another GM defect bites the dust...

we ran into that same thing when I pulled my intake off. My rear sensor was rusted. Thanks GM for another "great idea".

i saw the tsb on this awhile back and had them replaced. the rubber on the stock sensors where harder then a rock from all the water over the years

Mine is acting up on LS1 Edit... I think mines swimming too... when I replace its gonna be swimming in RTV.

Good idea. You probably should replace the rusted rear sensor for best results!
