In line pump install

In line pump install I searched but couldnt find what Im looking for so here goes.
I want to run a Bosch 420 external on a 98 f bod. I only want a 1 pump setup so what do I need to do inside the tank and what do I need to do with the lines? I am also going to run a fuel reg up front so I know I at least have to remove that from the in tank set up. Any install or setup advice is welcome. I am dead set on this external pump and a forward regulator so not really looking for solutions concerning in tank pumps.
