Default Build Me My New Fuel System

Alright, I know next to nothing about fuel systems and what is needed to support a certain HP #. So I'd like your help guys. I'm looking for ( of course ) the cheapest solution that will not give me any problems. Here's the specs of my car:

APE 370ci iron block
Incon Twin Turbo ( GTBB35's )
60lb/hr Mototrons
Incon-supplied fuel pump ( believe it's Walbro 340 )
Kenne-Bell Boost-A-Pump
Stock fuel lines/rails

What is the max HP my current setup will support, and what would I need for 800rwhp? And is it safe to run the BAP full on ( 50% ) on the Walbro?

I see 2 problems at the start:
1. The pump will not support 800RWHP in a forced induction system.
2. The 60PPH injectors are not near enough for 800 RWHP.
The current max is a function of the inj size.
The 60's will support about 650FWHP, given a BSFC of .62, and a DC of 85%.
800 RWHP is close to 900 at the flywheel.
Using 900 as a base HP, the injector size is calculated as follows:

900 x .62
_________ = 82# inj's.
8 x 85%
My turbo BUICK makes approx 850, and I use the 95# inj's. This way, I can up the boost a bit, and still have a good duty cycle.
I use the Aeromotive pump, filters, and regulators on cars I install systems on.

Thanks Chuck! What kind of pump/lines/rails upgrades would you say I would need?

Hey Nic! Shut up! jk

Well, unlike Nic, I have a lot of other things to attend to Plus I haven't just been slapping stuff together, I'm getting EVERYTHING done to the car that I have been meaning to . . . including cleaning everything in sight.

Everything is done except for radiator, condensor, belts, battery/coolant overflow tank, MAF, throttle body, I think that's it. Very close now!

You can do 800 rwhp with your 60# Motrons with a rate rize FP reg. and Meth...... look at David (Mightey Mouse) 832 rwhp..... Im going to see how far i can push my 60#ers...... i think MM's FP is at 70 psi at fuel boost. Racetronixs is a firm believer that the stock rails can support ALOT of HP with a FP reg. at the rails.
Go a set of after market rails from Nate@ Nasty performance or give Chris @ APE a call......

Im running a -8an as my feed line into the pass. side rail and then a crossover in front into the drivers side rail and then out the back of it into the FP Reg. that sits on my old stock feed that is now being used as my return. Im running an external fuel pump but alot of people are supporting 800rwhp with two walbro 340 intanks with one on a Hobbs switch for boost.

For the new Turbo i do plan on changing a few things though.......... I am shooting for 800rwhp with the T-88 so ill be adding another Bosch 420L external pump into a Y-block and another Y-block at the rail to split the feed into both rails at the same time and then both out of the front of the rails back into the Reg......... I hope the 60#ers will be enough injector but i dont plan on running any Meth or alchy at all... and both you and MM are...... if so ill sell them and step up the RC engineering 75#ers.......
Hope i helped some
Kyle

Hey Kyle, thanks for the info . . . I will not be running meth on my new combo at all, so that will limit me . . .
