Ls1 carburated?????

Ls1 carburated????? Hi everyone , a big question had been making me confused sometimes , so is it worth it to convert ls1 fuel injection to carburator?? ???? do I gain a noticed difference ? espicially i am planning to work on 441 ci Aogistino racing short blocks , I did some research , some agreed with this conversion and some not soo do any body have any ideas and could prove that by dyno's???
