2 ways to do it....

1...drop the rear...drop the rear suspension...drop the tank and remove the pump. be done in about 6-8 hours

2..highly recommended...pull the trunk carpet back, cut a hole right above the fuel tank to access the pump and save yourself alot of aggrevation and time. be done in about an hour.

goodluck

BTW..if you choose option two...beware that the tank sits flush with the floor so your cuts no the metal have to be very shallow or you'll cut the tank its self...only part that sucks about it. but its the best way, just have to take your time and be carefull.

I agree. There isn't alot of room there. I just dropped mine and it was a pain, but worth it.

I don't see the problem. It looks like you just have to remove the panhard bar and it will come right down. In fact, that's tomorrows project. We will see. Good luck.
