Default Racetronix PnP issues for 99+

Has anyone had any major issues w/the Racetronix PnP systems for the 99+ f-bodies? Just looking to get as much info as possible before putting mine in. I will be using the trap door method. Thanks in advance!

If you have sediment / rust in your tank you will be replacing the pump in short order.
We recommend dropping and cleaning the tank.

It's a possibility. But with it being an AZ car & only having 15K miles on it, thats highly unlikely.

Sometimes what you pump from dirty holding tanks at the gas station is the culprit. Some cars that sit for long periods of time w/o use have more problems with corrosion and seized pumps than cars which are used on a regular basis. AZ has low humidity so you are lucky that way. We have pumps from C5's which failed due to contamination. C5's have plastic tanks. Most are low mi cars. The pumps still manage to show up at our door with brown flex tubes and filter socks as well as rust coated magnets.
