10 psi drop @wot?

10 psi drop @wot? Should I worry? I have a walbro 255 intank pump with the stock wiring. It idles around 60 and part throtle is 58. At wot it falls to 50 and when spraying a 100 shot it still falls to 50. 
Any ideas on what might be wrong? The psi was falling down before the pump install but worse. Before it fell to 40. Do you think it might be the presure regulator? Thanks!
