1999 and 2000 year cars are the worst since they have the 26 lb injectors. You are talking 400 rwhp tops out of the injectors with a safe air fuel ratio. Injectors and pump are minimum for any low boost/hp setup. More boost = lines, rails, regulator, dual or big pumps, etc.
