Default stock fuel pressure.
how much psi of boost is the stock fuel system good up too?

and what is a good system upgrade?

It not really boost levels, is going to be dependent on the air to fuel ratio, etc.

1999 and 2000 year cars are the worst since they have the 26 lb injectors. You are talking 400 rwhp tops out of the injectors with a safe air fuel ratio. Injectors and pump are minimum for any low boost/hp setup. More boost = lines, rails, regulator, dual or big pumps, etc.

Just how much power is your boosted setup "estimated" to make? We can determine injector and pump size from that. Oh, by the way, stock fuel pressure is ~58 psi, or 4 BAR.

i will be making around 450 to 490 at the wheels.

Try a search, also read the sticky at the top. It tells you what size injectors you need for the horse power. These questions have been asked over and over again on this board. But to answer your question you will need at least 45lb injectors
