Running rich
Running rich I have the following mods in my sig on the 99. The cam duration I believe 224/224 .580. The guy I bought the car from said he had it tuned to run rich because he wanted to put nitrous on it but never did. I will never put nitrous on it though, maybe an STS or a SC of some sort later on down the road.
My question is should I leave it running rich while it is NA with the cam or should I tune it run a little leaner? Is it at all harmful to the engine or zapping any HP? What about any effects on gas mileage? I always run premium by the way.

I would have it retuned, it can only help. Might be worth while you might even gain some HP & TQ if running way to rich.
Dose not make any sence to tune for something on the car when it is not there.
