i have an 04 radix'd LQ9 truck... when watching fuel press. it goes from 58-60psi at idle, and at W.O.T ive seen 40 sometimes almost 38 psi., i am thinking of switching from whatever size walbro magnuson supplied with the kit (255???) to a walbro GSS340.... anyone have any reccomendations/suggestions?

This is the same reason I am building my fuel system with a return and a dual pump setup. Yes you will be fine upgrading the pump. You can also use a BAP to get more output.
