Racetronics Pump Ok, installed the Racetronics pump tonight. I used the access panel method and must admit it was really easy. One problem though. Pump gets no power via the new harness / power supply. If I hook up the factory one it works fine. Really haven't started to troubleshoot it yet, but I'm thinking its probably a bad ground...You guys have any ideas or experience with this. Also, what's the point of the new power supply? Factory not enough? Is there any danger in running the new pump off the old harness until I get it figured out? Thanks everyone in advance...
You can run the pump off the stock harness as long as you want. The new harness just gives the pump a constant voltage, and thus constant pressure. The stock voltage tends to fluctuate a lot.
