BAD miles per gallon, someone help!

BAD miles per gallon, someone help! A tank is 16 gallons in the 98-02 F-body. I drive 32 miles to work then 32 miles home. That is 64 miles. I use 6 gallons of gas for a 64 mile drive. That is 168 miles per tank. 168 miles divided by a 16 gallon tank is 10.5 miles per gallon. The number are correct. I have been logging this for two weeks now. How on a pretty much stock car am I getting only 10.5 miles per gallon? I do hit a few traffice lights but the whole is pretty much 60 to 75mph depending on how I feel. The speed doesnt differ between mpg either. Correct me if any of my info is wrong. Mods below:
