MECHAM, I would start to replace the main feed line, stock one is probably your restriction at this point...I mean 700rwhp is pretty good for stock lines!

ok so the stock line can flow 700rw, and a single -8 is twice the area of a stock line.. hmm

As long as fuel pressure is maintained, and there is no pressure drop from the rails or crossover (which would be very hard to make happen with aftermarket parts), it does not matter if there is a single feed, or if it's "Y'd" before the rails.

If you never want to touch the fuel lines again, run -10 from the filters to the Aeromotive Y-block and split to Dual -8s lines out of the rails and -8 from the rails to the a Weldon regulator with boost reference. Then a simple -6 return line works solving your fuel issues until you need more injetor or more pump.

I don't have the numbers on hand, but it's a good amount more than twice the volume of the stock line.

I am running the single version with -8an to the first rail, -8an crossover, -8an to regulator, and -6an for the return line.

Stock ones with the coil bracket holders and two lines filled in. Basically smoothed them flat Took about 2 hours of work for each using a dremal and jb weld.

They are part of the new PCV system. That pic does not show the other line going off the battery area( in a C5 ) where it attaches to a vented catch can. Steel braided line looks a little better than crappy rubber hose

A tip here...

Use the Y before the rails inlets, and then take the exit of each rail into the regulator...One on each side and return it out the bottom just like in the first pic link posted. Theres no need for a 2 y's in a system like this.

Run a single feed from the tank. Split a -10 or so into 2 -8's and go into each rail. Then take the outlet of each rail and go into each side of the regulator and use the bottom for the return.....

Dont sweat the hose man...Go to a local hose supply company here in Dallas Called Midwest Hose Supply off of Stemmons and get your stuff. Once the lines are made from pushlok they will braid it for free to super cheap. I paid $50 bucks for 10 ft of -10an, 5 ft of -8an, and 16 ft of -6an pushlok.
