fuel pump question I bought a used fuel pump off ebay a long while back because I am having hard starts. I have been putting the job off, well, because I'm lazy. But now my service engine soon light is on. The only code that shows up on the scan is one with the description "Fuel too lean on(in) bank #2" or something similar. The guy with the scanner didn't know what that meant, but I've already changed the filter, so I am making it my priority to change the pump this coming weekend. The only problem is looking at the used fuel pump, the rails coming out the top are pretty rusty, both outside and inside the lines. I can easily remove the outside rust, but the inside seems almost impossible. Is it safe to use this pump? Or should I just bite the bullet and buy a new one? Thanks
