injectors and pump for 408

can someone give me and idea of what size injectors i will need to feed a 408 with low 230 duration cam 11:1 comp.. also what size pump will i need to feed the same motor and up to a 300 direct port nitrous system on it?

We spray a 150 shot on my buddies 402. He uses a intank 255 and SVO 30#'s

I went with Ford SVO 42#'s to leave a bit of breathing room in my new 408 with a walbro 255 intank.
