Question on injectors?

Question on injectors? I am currently rebuilding my motor with this setup:
diamond forged pistons
lunati billet rods
AFR 205's
ls1 intake for now, will be upgrading to ls6
9.5-9.7 to 1
I will be puting my procharger on and running between 10-12#'s but not until I break the motor in, My question is will I have a hard time tuning the motor N/A with venom 60# injectors or should I put in the 38# ones then change them out when I put the charger on?
I have a T56 tranny.
