question regarding fuel injectors/system does anybody know if the lucas 42.5 pound fuel injectors that were in an lt1 will work w/ an ls1? also what is involved in changing a 95 lt1 fuel system into or adapting it to work w/ an ls1 engine? thanks
Do you know the part #? The racetronix website doesn't list a separate injector lucas injector for lt1 / ls1 engines. I have their 32# injectors and they fit fine in the ls1 rails. If you have the injectors off the car and can take some measurements, you can compare them to what they have on their website (my 32#/hr have the same dimensions as the 42 #/hr). Not sure about the fuel system differences between lt1 and ls1. Might want to ask in the conversions forum.
