How far can a walbro 255 inline go?
How far can a walbro 255 inline go? What kind of power range are we looking at before its maxed out? I watched a 402ci with a 100 dry shot go 553hp on the bottle, leaning out a tad at the end. That was with the stock pump to. No inline. I was just curious how much an inline would help in a sitaution like that.
99 and up cars have a siphon tube in the cannister that surrounds the pump. The intank pump needs some pressure for the siphon to siphon....add an inline pump and keep the siphon could let the cannister run out of fuel. Remove the siphon and drill holes in the cannister or use 1 1998 set-up and the inline should take it to 600ish rwhp.
