Injectors Clogged?

Injectors Clogged? I just finished a 5.3 conversion into my 81 c10. I do not know how long the engine sat at the salvage yard, i do know that it sat at my shop for around 2 months with fuel and water in the fuel rail. Is there any way that I can clean these myself or am I stuck with buying new injectors?
