Default exploded view of fuel system?

Does anyone have an exploded view of the fuel system for a 98 vette? I'm trying to figure out what something is on the fuel line of my buddies car.

I'm helping him put his intake back on Friday so I'll snap a pic of it then. It's on the fuel line and it looks like some kinda sensor or switch. It has an electrical connection going to it and on one side it has what looks like an elbowed vacuum line about an inch long with nothing connected to the end of it. I'm pretty puzzled by it because I have no idea what it is. I'm not sure what the differences are between the f-bodies and the vettes but my 98 formula definitely doesn't have this switch or whatever it is. It was modded when he bought it but it really doesn't look like something someone installed because the electrical connection is an OEM one. I'll snap a pic when I'm over there Friday.
