TB upgrade suggestions

I'm putting in a new cam and adding a turbo. Thinking about upgrading the intake and TB..looking for suggestions. I have to buy an intake anyway cause the one I have from the donor motor was busted in a crash along with the TB.
New cam Comp Cam XE-R 3724/3722 Lobe Masters
Operating Range: 2,000-7,000 RPM
Duration @ 050" Lift: Intake 228, Exhaust 224
Advertised Duration: Intake 277, Exhaust 273
Valve Lift with 1.7 Rockers Intake .588, Exhaust .581Comp
Lobe Separation 115 +4
Turbo I have planned is a MP GT45

Suggestions for intake and TB??

Maybe best injectors too

LS6 and port a stocker TB if you wanna be cost effective....unless you wanna go the FAST route which is gonna be WAY more.

For a ported stocker, i went with a Shaner S3, it helped throttle response but im not sure how good this with be with a turbo. id go with the fast intake if you have the money.
