Injectors? Which Ones???

What would be the best recomended injector size for my set up:

ZEX wet Kit (100-125 Shot)
Pacesetter long tubes
OFF Road y-pipe
Hooker Cat back
K/N Filter
52mm Throttle body (May switch to 58mm)
RaceTronix Fuel Pump kit 255 LPH
3.73 rearend
Descreened and Ported MAF

Down the road
383 rebuild
125 shot

I am looking at getting 30 lbs is that going to be okay?

I wont be to rich when I hit the nitrous right?
