Default Return style conversion

I have a factory returnless fuel system. My fuel supply has been inadequate since I installed the blower. Even with the 255 Walbro that came with the kit. The replacement pump also lacks the small bottom outlet to drive the venturi pump to keep the bucket filled for reserve during low fuel/accel/hill climbing situations. I have decided that the best route to go would be to modify the factory bucket with: high flow pump that maintains the factory functions of the bucket, remove the in-tank regulator and plug the reg port on the in-tank filter, add a new outlet nipple for a 1/2" fuel line. I would use the 3/8" factory fuel line as the new return line from a boost-referenced regulator that I would mount near the fuel rails.

I am somewhat concerned about the reseve capacity of the factory bucket even when it is functioning properly. The filter takes up a lot of space that could have been used to hold fuel.

I seems that a teflon lined braided line would be the best way to go because of problems with the rubber lines. But I am having trouble finding these anywhere in 1/2"(-8AN). Anybody know of a source?

Any other suggestions for the fuel system setup would be appreciated.

Racetronix make a plug and play that retains the feed for the bucket...add their wiring harness for a little more V. Might want to consider a KenneBell boost a pump at the same time as the Racetronix harness allows it to plug in and it will increase the pump bt 30%.

Harris Speed Works carries the -8an teflon.

Thanks. I have been corresponding with Racetronix. Will see if they can come up with anything for this style of bucket.
