Default Changing injectors without tuning

Whenever i got my LS6 intake, it came with rails and injectors and all that stuff. The injectors are stock 28# injectors. Will it be real bad to run these without tuning since my car came stock with 26#? I'll be getting it tuned in a week, maybe two, but i wanted to know if this would mess anything up too much in the mean time?

not sure from going from 26 to 28, but a tune will help get the most of them, i went from 24 to 31 and i get p0172 and p0175 codes from being to rich.

i did the same thing. swapped a ls6 intake and 28lb'ers on my 00. it runs really rich and i get terrible gas milage. i'd try to get it tuned asap. im tring to find someone to adjust my A/F as we speak.
