Not accepting fuel...

Okay guys and gals,

My car, at random, juts decides to stop accepting fuel...just spits it back out the filler neck..

Only way I know to fix it, is jam a rod down the filler neck, and it shoots fuel EVERYWHERE...like there is alotta pressure built up behind it...

This SERIOUSLY sucks folks...

I'm dropping my tank here soon, and would LIKE to fix this if at all possible..

Any suggestions?

Prob unless there is something obvious by the charcoal canister.
