Running rich/lean on fuel?
Are you running a MAF? and is there any chance of air getting in bypassing the MAF?
I'd plug ALL vacuum lines to be sure.
SD = speed density mode (as in no MAF at all).
I didn't ask if you had a NEW MAF.
This is getting confusing real quick. I wonder if PCMforless got this confused.
This is a physical configuration error (vacuum leak) that has nothing to do with the tune.
Check everything between the MAF and the engine for air leaks.
Sometimes the coupling between the MAF and throttle body isn't sealed, or you forget to hook up a PCV line, brake booster line, or other vacuum hose.

Some people delete them for a SD tune, but it's not that common to do.
A vacuum leak isn't a MAF problem, and it is unlikely that you have a MAF problem. If you suspect it for some reason, then swap it with someone who has the same vehicle as you for a few minutes to see if there is any change.
I doubt you have a MAF problem.
