fuel setup ideas

fuel setup ideas ive got a big job on my hands im putting a 408 mated with a t56 into a 2001 v6 automatic. so basically every moving part is being replaced in the project and i was wondering somethings i know that im gona use the factory ls1 fuel rail off the 98ls1 setting in my shop and 42lbs injectors. tempted to go with a racetronix plug and play pump upgrade but some of my biggest concerns are with the lines the ls1 has a return line and the v6 doesnt so should i just run a complete new line get a new tank and full setup or jsut try to adapt the factory lines to fit my appliction. i know the pumps have to be changed but is there any difference in the v6 tanks and the ls1?
