Default Need Fuel System upgrade (I think)

I've got a 98 camaro Z28, it will see some street time, maybe even a little trip on the highway.

It got some mileage, but i need to know what i need to upgrade. I have a custom cam similar to the t-rex running on the stock 853 castings. What i would like to know however is what fuel uipgrades to get

I figured atleast injectors and Pump and i should be ok
I am looking into 42# flow-matched injectors so i still should have room for upgrade, and i am being told i should get a new fuel pump so the stocker doesn't lean out like the gss340(?)

With these upgrades will i need new fuel lines, rails or anything of that nature or will the stock lines and rails be sufficient enough as they stand and jsut upgrade the pump and injectors?

Without seeing any more mods then your cam my.02 is throw in a pump
if you want. Being it's a 1998 probably due to get a new one. But the injectors should be able to fuel your car fine. You can always check your A/F
on a dyno to see.( A good idea)

don't half *** your car like everyone does by modding the motor and not touching the fuel. i don't understand why people over look doing fuel setups too it's an important part of a build. min you should use at least 36's but why not go to 42's and have room for future upgrades like if you spray which i know you eventually will. and a fuel pump is no brainer seeing that it's only $109. do it right the first time period

You can go to 42#s easy enough it's just a matter of scaling the injector table. I run S.V.O. 42#s because of my engine and Dry stage needs. And i
actually picked them up cheaper then 30#s. The wet shot will only tax the Fuel pump not the injectors.

I am planning on pump and injectors but should i get new lines and rails, or will those be able to wait a good amount and still be effective?

The factory rails are good to 600-650 H.P.The Turbo guys are looking @ bigger rails but for us N/A and Sprayed guys their pretty adequate. I'm running 42#s on stock rails just fine. ( Didn't have the clearance for
aftermarket anyway)

Thank you Javi.

Yes i knwo the stockers are 28's and i dont plan to keep them. I am planning to go 42 one way or another they seem to be the cheapest route anywyas and meet most needs of mine for future modding. The main question lies within the pump and feed lines i did not know if all 0of these would work properly or efficiently enough w/ the aftermarket pump/injectors. Now that its answered time to gather my $$ and finish this pile! lol
