How to pull fuel injectors with rail

Just curious in a nut shell if anyone can tell me how to pull my fuel injectors out with the rail attached. I'm trying to troubleshoot my passenger side spark plugs fouling every 20-30 miles along with my passenger front 02 sensor dying and was recommended to pull up the fuel injectors then pressurize them to see if any are leaking. Can someone help me out. I am very mechanically inclined and I live in the UK so really no one here to turn to. I tried a search and installuniversity.com with no luck...thanks.

You should be able to loosen or remove your fuel rail bolts and pull the rail up while holding the injector.

yeah, what he said. Just remove the four bolts securing it to the manifold and pull. Pop off one side first, then the other.

Thanks for the quick replys! I imagine when I put them back in just coat the rubber o-ring with oil and pop them back in the same way?
